Whatever products or services you sell, the principles and techniques you learn with this apprenticeship will be the same. Typically, you will be in a target driven environment and so will be taught different techniques for negotiating, handling objections and closing sales with potential customers. You will learn how to build and maintain positive relationships for future business opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria:
4 x GCSE’s at grade C or above
A Levels – Not essential, but an advantage
Full clean driving licence
Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
Skills Required:
• Excellent customer service standards
• Ability to interact with colleagues, at all levels within the company
• Able to solve problems and make decisions
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Able to work as part of a team
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office at intermediate level
