As an apprentice, you will work closely with the management team, who will offer guidance on tasks to help you achieve your final goal. As your role grows, you will be involved in supporting and developing other team members, while monitoring resources and workload on a day to day basis. You will learn about different leadership styles and ways to support other team members to help improve their performance. You will study how best to manage people, and how to deliver both positive and constructive feedback to your team.

A Levels – Not essential, but an advantage
Full clean driving licence
Skills Required:

The salary for this vacancy, whilst in training, will be National Minimum Wage for your age: April 2019- 25+ £8.21, 21-24 £7.70, 18-20 £6.15, Under 18 £4.35.
