How it works:

We recognise that there are many reasons why people may struggle to move into employment.

These could include mental health conditions, health conditions, a criminal record, caring responsibilities or not knowing where to start with finding work.

Whatever your circumstances, we can help.

The support you will receive:

You will have your own Employment Adviser who will get to know you and support you to build your confidence, improve your skillset and help you to move into work.

You will also have access to a wide range of training, wellbeing and financial support.

• Health and wellbeing support: we can help you to develop coping skills, improve your physical health and manage your health at work.
• Skills training courses: we can offer you courses for developing skills for a chosen sector or role. We can also help you to improve your digital skills and people skills.
• Financial support: we have funding available to make sure that the cost of returning to work is not an issue for you.
• Finding and applying for jobs: your expert Employment Adviser can help you to find and apply for suitable jobs. We can also provide guidance on self-employment.
