Aged 19 as at 31 August 2023
Unemployed and in receipt of a qualifying benefit E.g. UC, JSA
Can be employed full time/part time as long as earn less than £20,310 p.a.
Resident of UK OR can provide evidence of residency e.g. biometric residence permit/settlement status/share code
Must have lived in the UK for the last 3 years on a continuous basis.
Good command of English – oral and written
Reasonable IT Skills
MUST HAVE IN DATE photo ID E.g. passport, driving licence or UK biometric residence permit.
Able to pass a criminal record check to the required standards if they have a past, pending criminal conviction or are on probation.
Need to provide 3 months’ worth of UC payments in the form of .pdf statements to be eligible for their fully funded SIA Doors badge.

Course Description

This course will be classroom based for residents of Staffordshire. The classroom will be based in Stafford.

This 3 week classroom-based SIA Course is a great opportunity to gain the qualifications to succeed in the security industry. If you’d like to work in events, hospitality, retail, offices or construction as a Door Supervisor, then this funded course is for you.

This course includes:

Highfield Level 2 Award for Door Supervisors in the Private Security Industry.

Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF)

Level 1 Maths & English
