Course Description

Our project management bootcamp is delivered over 12 weeks through a flexible combination of live practical, theory and online delivery sessions totalling no more than 5 hours a week.

This course is open to residents of Cheshire and Warrington.

This Project Management Skills Bootcamp course is aligned to the globally recognised PRINCE2 Industry recognised qualification. If you’re looking to upskill then our project Management Skills Bootcamp allows you to enhance your job prospects, develop your skills, strengthen your C.V and gain a valuable learning experience, opening the door to promising career prospects, and lifelong skills development.

You’ll master essential techniques such as planning, budgeting, risk management, and leadership, alongside cutting-edge sustainable project management practices as we’re a partner of Green Project Management. Unlike traditional exams, we assess your progress through on-programme evaluations, ensuring practical, real-world learning.

This Bootcamp is designed for individuals looking to develop or enhance their Project Management skills, gaining hands-on experience with the latest tools and methodologies used by businesses to manage projects effectively.

With one day a week online delivery, you can fit the programme around your schedule.

This course is open to Unemployed, Employed and Self Employed individuals, please see further info on the individual categories below:

  1. Unemployed – Fully funded with no cost to the learner. They will also receive guaranteed job interviews and support.
  2. Self-employed – Fully funded with no cost to the learner. They will receive tailored support to help them secure more projects.
  3. Employed:

    • If they are looking to upskill while staying with their current employer, there is a 10% contribution required.
    • If they are employed but looking to change jobs, they qualify for full funding with no contribution, the same as the unemployed category.

The Project Management course is divided into one live session a week, for 12 weeks, with modules delivered in live sessions and a final project assessment in weeks 11 and 12. Course modules can be found below:
