Course Eligibility

Candidates need to be 19 or older as of 31st August 2024
Must be unemployed
Must be in receipt of a benefit (UC, JSA, ESA)
Not in education Right to live and work in UK
Must have a valid form of ID
Must not be in any other form of education
Must complete a maths and English assessment prior to enrolment gaining a minimum of entry 2
Must be a resident of the North East Combined Authority

Course Description

This is a 9.5 day online Customer Service course for residents of North East combined authority (the North East).

As this is an online course, you must have access to the internet and a device to complete the course – Either a Laptop, Tablet or PC, a smart phone will not suffice.

You will complete your Customer Service course first with Portland Training.

Once you have completed, Jobskilla will email your link to access your Admin, PA & Secretarial course! You can then start and complete this section of the course whenever you like!

Customer Service Qualifications:

Certificate in Progression
Award in Personal Wellbeing
Award in Cyber Security
Level 1 Certificate in Customer Service

Admin, PA & Secretarial Units:

Valuable skills that will help in any administrative position
How to use Microsoft Outlook and Excel
How to communicate with senior staff
How to communicate with customers and clients in a professional manner
How to manage your time and keep organised in your job

Course Delivery for Customer Service:
