Level 2 Certificate in Business Administration

The Certificate in the Principles of Business Administration is an accredited course and is ideal if you are interested in working in an office environment, in an administrative role and have completed the Highfield Level 1 Certificate in Business Administration. It will also be a great addition to your CV.

This Level 2 Certificate will expand on all the foundations and underpinning knowledge you will have learnt on the Level 1 Certificate in Business Administration, to enter into employment equipped with the key skills employers want.
It will give you a greater knowledge into the day to day working life of an administrator and an understanding of the importance of the principles of working in a business administration environment.

This will include communicating work-related information and managing their own personal and professional development.

Some of the key skills you will learn and develop will be around managing roles and responsibilities, providing effective administrative duties, managing information and producing documents and budgeting within a business environment.
