Course Eligibility

  • If you’re currently unemployed and not currently required to search for work as part of Universal Credit or JSA, then Working Well: Pioneer could help you.
  • Have the right to reside & Employment in the UK
  • Not already have a job offer or about to start a new job
  • Must be unemployed, this includes self employment ans zero hour contacts
  • Must be of working age - 18 years+
  • Not completed the Working Well Programme previously

Specialist support is also available if you are in one of the following groups:

 

  • People with a disability or disabilities as defined by the Equality Act 2010.
  • Ex-offenders (someone who has completed a custodial sentence or a community sentence), or offender (someone who is serving a community sentence).
  • Carers
  • Ex - Carers
  • Homeless people
  • Former or current members of His Majesty’s (HM) Armed Forces (including partners of members)
  • People for whom a drug/alcohol dependency (including a history of) presents a significant barrier to employment.

If you or a family member or friend are claiming Limited Capability For Work, Universal Credit or are not on benefits at all because your partner is working then we want to help you!

Maybe your adult child is in college and not working or claiming benefits and they need help writing a CV or with interview skills. 

If there is a physical or mental health barrier and you want help with overcoming a health matter – we can help you with all of this.

We have qualified mental health and physical health practitioners available for you to book a 121 appointment with to support you. 

We support all the people who are experiencing any of the below barriers as well:

  • Homeless Person
  • Drug and or alcohol dependency.
  • Refugee
  • Ex Offender
  • Carer
  • Former member of the armed forces
  • Care leaver
  • Young person identified as being involved or at risk of being involved in gangs or serious violence.
  • Victim of domestic abuse
  • Ex carer
  • Partner or current former HM armed forces personnel
