Course Description

This is a 10 day Customer Service course for residents who live in Leicestershire and can travel to Leicester.

Qualifications and Units Covered:

Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service

Delivery of effective customer service
Supporting the customer service environment

Level 1 Certificate in Occupational Skills

Customer service in the hospitality industry
Understanding customer service in the retail sector
Problem solving at work
Working in a team
Time management skills
Improving own learning performance
