CMI Level 3 Diploma in Principles of Management and Leadership – Online – Greater Manchester

This higher level course will teach you the key principles of management and leadership to help further your career in a managerial role.

Our Principles of Management and Leadership course is designed to help you prepare for managerial roles, by introducing you to the key responsibilities that come with management.

As part of the course, you’ll complete a series of units that relate directly to the skills, knowledge and behaviours expected for a leadership role.

This includes learning about managing a team, communicating effectively and responding to conflict in the workplace, as well as how to handle conflict and manage your own self development.

The course is delivered over 20 days in a virtual classroom, so you will need access to a laptop/computer with an internet connection to complete the course.

As part of the Principles of Management & Leadership course, you’ll complete the following key units:

Principles of Management and Leadership
Managing a Team
Managing Individuals to be effective
Principles of Communication
Responding to Conflict in the Workplace
Principles of Health and Safety
Managing own Personal and Professional Development

On completion of the course, you’ll receive an industry-recognised CMI Level 3 Diploma in Principles of Management and Leadership.

Applicants for the course must reside in Greater Manchester.
