This is a 10 day Level 2 Classroom Customer Service course for residents who live in West Yorkshire and are able to travel to Leeds.

  This unit covers a range of topics such as the principles of customer service, how to identify the customers needs and how to deal with complaints.
• Supporting the Customer Service environment
  This unit covers a range of topics such as how to deliver and communicate effectively with customers and how to develop staff and identify development.
