About the course

Level 2 Certificate in Hospitality & Catering Qualification Overview

This qualification aims to provide a broad knowledge of the Hospitality industry.

The optional units cover a wide range of subjects that learners will find useful in a variety of roles particularly in front of house services. Learners will also develop skills to assist them in being more able to deal with work related problems.

Entry Requirement

You must be claiming a State Benefits (JSA, Income Support, ESA or UC) and you must be 19 or older on 31st August 2020.

You must have been a legal resident in the UK/EEA for the last 3 years.

Course Delivery

The course is delivered over two weeks, where you will spend two days per week in the classroom, and you will also be required to produce home assignment based work, and complete distance learning study packs to complete the requisite number of guided learning hours necessary to complete the course for the remaining three week days. 

Successful completion will gain you the following qualifications

Level 2 Certificate In Customer Service
Level 2 Certificate Hospitality and Catering
Basic Food Hygiene Certificate

Course Location: TBC - London

Course Induction: Tuesday 10th November 9.30am
Course Start: Wednesday 11th November 9.30am
Course Completion: Tuesday 24th November  4.30pm
