Learn how to improve mental health, support other and signs to look out for, especially in work but at home also. How to manage their money, living healthier, building up confidence and teamwork and communication. Which will also help when looking for and managing a busy work/home life and looking for work.
In the duration of the course, learners will complete a series of units and qualifications needed to to complete this and be awarded the below qualifications. Please see the following information below for when the course will start and take place.

- This course is 2 weeks long
- Start time: 9:00 am to 4:30 pm
Upon completion of this 2 week course, you will gain some of the below qualifications and knowledge in the following Functional Skills focused modules:
- Level 1 Award in Mental Health Awareness
- All learners must bring the following ID on the day of their initial assessment
- Birth Certificate or Passport or Right to Work Documents
- Proof of address (dated within the last 3 months)
- Proof of benefit
