Course Eligibility

  • Candidates need to be 19 or older as of 31st August 2024
  • Must be unemployed or on a low income (less than£20,319)
  • Must be on a means tested benefit if unemployed (UC, JSA, ESA)
  • Not in education, or any other training course
  • Right to live and work in UK
  • Must not hold the qualification already 
  • Lived in the UK for 3 years or more
  • Must live in Nottinghamshire & can travel to Nottingham 

Course Description

This is a 10 day Customer Service course for residents who live in Nottinghamshire & surrounding areas who can travel to Nottingham.  

Qualifications and Units Covered:

Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service

  • Delivery of effective customer service
  • Supporting the customer service environment

Level 1 Certificate in Occupational Skills

  • Customer service in the hospitality industry
  • Understanding customer service in the retail sector
  • Problem solving at work
  • Working in a team
  • Time management skills
  • Improving own learning performance

Course Delivery:
Times: 9:30am – 15:30pm (Monday – Friday)
Days: Monday – Friday
Start Date: Monday 14th October 2024
Completion Date: Friday 25th October 2024
