Course Eligibility

  • Candidates need to be 19 or older as of 31st August 2024
  • Must be unemployed
  • Must be in receipt of a benefit (UC, JSA, ESA)
  • Not in education Right to live and work in UK
  • Must have a valid form of ID
  • Must not be in any other form of education
  • Must complete a maths and English assessment prior to enrolment gaining a minimum of entry 2
  • This course is NOT available in the following regions; Greater Manchester, Greater London, Liverpool, West and South Yorkshire, North of Tyne, Tees Valley, Cambridge and Peterborough, Bristol, Bath, Birmingham, The Black Country & Coventry.

Course Description

This is a 9.5 day online Customer Service course for residents of non devolved regions.

This course does not cover the following areas: Greater Manchester, Greater London, Liverpool, West and South Yorkshire, North of Tyne, Tees Valley, Cambridge and Peterborough, Bristol, Bath, Birmingham, The Black Country & Coventry.

As this is an online course, you must have access to the internet and a device to complete the course – Either a Laptop, Tablet or PC, a smart phone will not suffice. 

Qualifications:

  • Certificate in Progression
  • Award in Personal Wellbeing
  • Award in Cyber Security
  • Level 1 Certificate in Customer Service

Course Delivery:

Times: 9:00am – 4pm

Start Date: Rolling starts each fortnight!
