Course Eligibility

You must be unemployed
Learners need to have the following ID: Passport or Birth Certificate (the right to live and work in the UK)
Out of Date Passport - Can be accepted if you can provide a letter with your name/address within the last 3 months.
Proof of address dated within the last 3 months of the course start date (Utility bill, bank statement, HMRC letter)
Candidates need to be 19 or older as of 31st August 2023
Must be a Tameside resident
Can not be in any other form of education
Must be a UK resident for 3 years or more

Course Description

This is a 6 week classroom based course for residents of Tameside. This may interest customers from Tameside, Oldham and Stockport as the location will be easy to get to.

Are you passionate about making a difference to the lives of individuals with special educational needs and disabilities?

If so, this Level 2 Certificate is ideal for you!

You will explore many different aspects of SEND, including the symptoms of specific conditions, legislation and guidance applicable to individuals with SEND, and how such conditions affect individuals in their daily life.

This knowledge will be invaluable in your personal and professional life.

Delivery:

This course is 6 weeks.

Classes are delivered on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, from 9.30am to 14:30pm.
