This bundle of Level 2 qualifications is designed to enhance your overall understanding of the skills and knowledge needed to become a Teaching Assistant within education, public services and care settings.
Upon course completion, you’ll gain the following three qualifications, each of which have been designed to help you progress into a career within education, health or social care:
Level 2 Certificate:
Understanding Specific Learning Difficulties
This will support you to understand specific challenges that
learners will have and how to support them.
Level 2 Award:
Customer Service for Health & Social Care Settings
This will help you learn to communicate effectively with your learners, carers or supporting services such as social workers, as well as parents and guardians.
Level 2 Gateway Award:
Digital and IT Skills
This will help improve your digital capabilities when using emerging educational digital technologies and learning tools.
On completion of the above qualifications, we can also offer you a choice of two continued personal development courses, worth £100, free of charge. You are able to complete these at your own pace and in your own time, should you choose to do so. The option is yours!:
