Learners MUST be unemployed, either claiming or not claiming a benefit (cannot be employed).
Learners MUST be 19 years+ on enrollment
We do need to see photo ID for these learners.
ID (If using a birth certificate you must provide your National Insurance number too)
You must be able to travel to Sunderland for the full training.

Course Description

This is a 3 day classroom based course that will be held in Sunderland.

Units Covered:

Introduction to Working in the Facilities Industry

Customer Service Within the Facilities Industry

Workplace Hygiene in the Facilities Industry

Health, Safety and Security in the Facilities Industry

Once you are booked, you will be sent two short assessments that must be completed. You will then be given a telephone enrolment so you are ready to start on Monday 25th July.
