Course Eligibility

  • Learners MUST be unemployed, either claiming or not claiming a benefit (cannot be employed).
  • Learners MUST be 19 years+ on enrollment We do need to see photo ID for these learners.
  • ID (If using a birth certificate you must provide your National Insurance number too)
  • Please note this course is only available to certain areas at the moment, please see the bottom of the course for full list.

Course Description

This is now a 1 week Remote course that you will complete online with guidance from a tutor.

On completion of the course, you are guaranteed a job interview with Sigma! Working From Home roles available!

You must have access to a laptop or computer, a smart phone is not compatible unfortunately.

Level 1 Certificate in Digital Contact Centre Operations

Behaviours and standards at work

Basic use of digital devices / systems

Digital presence, awareness and safety

Provide Contact Centre Customer Service

A Maths and English assessment must be completed before you can start the course. This will be sent via email.  These must be completed no later than Wednesday 14th December 20022.

Once you have completed the assessment, a tutor will contact you to go through your enrollment over the phone before you start the course.
