Course Eligibility

  • Candidates need to be 19 or older as of 31st August 2022
  • Unemployed or working 16 hrs or less
  • Not in education
  • Right to live and work in UK
  • Need to have access to a PC, Laptop or Tablet with a webcam. A smart Phone is not able to support the course content.
  • Must live in the North Tyne Area

Course Description

This is a 2 week Remote course that you will complete online with guidance from a tutor.

On completion of the course, you are guaranteed a job interview with working From home roles.

You must have access to a laptop or computer, a smart phone is not compatible unfortunately.

Units Covered:

Behaviours and standards at work

Basic use of digital devices / systems

Digital presence, awareness and safety

Provide Contact Centre Customer Service

Level 2 Customer Service

A Maths and English assessment must be completed before you can start the course. This will be sent via email. These must be completed no later than 4pm on Wednesday 15th March 2023.

Once you have completed the assessment, a tutor will contact you to go through your enrollment over the phone before you start the course.
